Over the past years, the ILC/LRC has been dedicated to implementing a wide range of initiatives to enhance teaching and learning within the university. These initiatives aim to empower faculty members by ensuring they are equipped with the latest teaching strategies, methodologies, and technological tools. Also, we have an Academic Wellness Program that is designed to empower students to excel academically while also equipping them with essential life skills that extend beyond the classroom.
In partnership with Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Mindanao, the ILC/LRC offers peer tutorial sessions to provide students with academic support, peer mentorship, and opportunities to build meaningful social connections. These peer tutorials are an integral part of the Academic Wellness Program, which the center has been implementing over the years.

For the past years, the ILC/LRC has been dedicated to helping and supporting students academically, even before their classes officially begin. The Student Bridging Program (SBP) is being conducted in order to prepare the incoming first year students for the academic demands of their first semester in the University, especially that they are transitioning from the Basic Education Curriculum into the Tertiary level of education.
Since the onset of the pandemic, the university has adopted a blended learning approach such as using LMS (Learning Management System) for course delivery and management. The ILC/LRC manages the university’s LMS (Moodle). Aside from providing support and assistance to faculty members and students with their LMS concerns, we also organize various activities related to LMS that include orientations and basic training sessions.
The ILC/LRC offers a variety of rooms that are available for use by university constituents. We have a conference room, which is ideal for meetings of school organizations or other offices, as well as for thesis presentations or defenses. We also provide two lecture rooms that can be used for holding classes, tutorials, seminars, or workshops. Lastly, we have study hubs designed for students who are looking for a conducive space to study. These study hubs include both focus rooms for individual study and group discussion areas for collaborative work.
