Lecture rooms and conference room for constituents training, workshops, meetings, and conferences. The ILC-LRC Building has 2 lecture rooms and 1 conference room available for use.

Students, faculty members, student organizations, and project-based offices may request rooms. 

Submit a letter of request containing the following

1. Purpose of Activity

2. Date and time of activity

3. Number of persons estimated to attend the activity

4. Endorsement from:

• Adviser for Student Org

• Head unit of Office Activity

• Head of Office for faculty members

* Approval of the request depends on the availability of the room
